Children's Week + Outland = new pets!

The word on the Test Realm forums is that Children's Week has finally hit... in Outland! Apparently, much like the refugee children we've been escorting around from Stormwind and Orgrimarr, there are refugee children in Shattrath who also want to tag along with the heroes of their war. Thus far, there's been no report on any potential reputation gains as yet (which is what I'm screaming for) but screen shots of the cute new pets available from the quests have been posted.

Apparently, you have your choice of "Sleepy" Willy, a baby Elekk, or Ethburt, as seen from left to right at the top of this post. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm going to have a really hard time picking one. They're all so cute!

Omg, One Eyed Willy, it catches me now! :P Hmm, Goonies was a fun movie... Will I go for Ethburt or Willy... A mini-Elekk running along with my Elekk mount would look really cool too though...

Get the expansion? I hope it's outland only and don't get the holdouts. I'll stick with my epic hypogryph pet though these are cute :)

I don't mind it being expansion-only (I have BC) but if it's only levels 58+ who can get these that would be unfortunate.

There are lots of folks like me who are still working their way to 58.

Hope to hit 56 on Friday.

Thijz - These three pets are only available in Outland that I have seen. I don't know if the quests are limited by level, as I don't have any characters lower than 70 in Shattrath on the PTR. However, considering you have to travel to many other spots like Zangarmarsh, etc. I would imagine that you would have to at least be L60+ to complete them. Otherwise you would be looking at one of those strip naked and corpse-run it quest arcs. Anything lower than that, and I'd imagine that everything in the Outlands will think you are tasty and delicious!

Lighttech - I haven't checked Azeroth yet (just got my client installed this morning) but I'll make it a point of rolling an Alliance character and checking Stormwind as well as popping over to Orgrimmar to see.
