BlizzCon Countdown: 9 days to go!

We've got a scant 9 days until BlizzCon 2007 kicks of in Anaheim California. And even if you're not going, you've got to be at least a little bit interested what Blizzard might be announcing there. So with 9 days remaining, I'm asking what you're hoping to see unveiled at the Anaheim Convention Center just over a week from now.

The poll that used to live here has gone -- but even if you can't vote any more, you can still see what everyone thought!

i have really high hopes for the next-gen MMO. show me world of diablo-craft!

Everything obviously. Starcraft was the first rts I played, and Diablo II was the first MMO. Expansion pack information would be great, but between Zul'aman, Voice Chat, and Guild Banks, there just isn't too much room for more to talk about. (I'm hoping for more, but I dont want to see it turn into a new fable). Being so early into the hiring process, there probably won't be much about the new MMO. By the way, Ghost looks kick ass.

You forgot that Illegal Danish: Escape from Orgrimmar was coming out on the same day, definitely something to look forward to.

Diablo II is not a MMO.. Having chat rooms to form games doesn't make it massive.. Otherwise, Counterstrike is the most massive game ever... OMG the humanity!!

Well they will be announcing the new WoW expansion and have playable Starcraft 2 demos.
They will probably announce when Starcraft 2 will go into Beta.
Now the debate is still on which game they will be giving away beta keys for, but since on the sign up page they asked for "your favorite blizzard franchise" I somehow feel they may be using that to either give away beta keys for SC 2 or the next WoW expansion.
Or maybe they will be giving away keys to both. /crosses fingers

I guess it's something about Patch 2.2.0

- VoIP is the ONLY main feature (besides the DOTnerf)
- Zul'Aman and Guild banks are confirmed by blue to NOT be included in 2.2.0
- Nothing is in the /underdev - section, not even something about VoIP, and the patch is already on the PTRs!

Remember the stratics chat, where suddenly Tyren said: "Ah, btw. - tomorrow's patchday!"

I guess it will be something similar: "Well, you know... you might wanna check the PTRs, we just put a patch online with VoIP and [insert cool feature noone expected - Housing? Udlum? Emerald dream? Casinos?]"
