Patch 2.4.3 eyecandy gallery

If you haven't had an opportunity to log onto the PTR, or you're not the testing type but are still curious about patch 2.4.3, we've added a complete image gallery showing off some of the more interesting visuals from the test realm. From the construction in Stormwind to the new TCG loot, there's some really fun stuff coming our way.

If you havent read the full patch notes yet... well, what are you waiting for? The gallery below has most of the eye candy, but there are a lot of changes worth looking at that aren't quite as photogenic, such as the Cheat Death changes, some quest tweaks and the retuning of Magisters' Terrace.

Glad to see them gradually introducing that massive harbor that will be added. From the pictures I've seen, the harbor itself is huge and almost doubles the size of SW. Not to mention very detailed.

What about the coast? Is there any construction visible on the coast? Maybe where the abandoned docks are north of Westfall? I'll have to check it out this weekend.

I find it hard to believe that the harbor wasn't there to begin with when they re-built Stormwind city. No wonder the Defias stoneworkers didn't get paid. They messed up.

The harbor has always been there, both lore and in-game storyline. When speaking the the foreman at that construction site, he says they are making Another (2nd) gateway to the harbor. Hereby confirming it has always been there, but we just haven't been able to use the other entrance to it.

That should explain it :)

I'm a little sad by the change, though not too terribly so. Mostly just because that was my spot for leveling fishing in SW. Got to 300 there. It was so peacefull. Just turn on the ambient noise,listen to the sounds of the water, watch the skill s go by. Why, occasionally even little billy would run by with the boys from the neighborhood chasing some girl down the block trying to steal her dollie. Ahh. the good old days.
