Breakfast Topic: WoW dreams

Have you ever had those gaming dreams? Like, say, after playing Tetris for four hours straight, your dreams become inundated with big, floaty boxes? We've actually asked this before, but since it's a Breakfast Topic, you just might have some dream fresh in your noggin. My wife's actually had a couple of bizarre World of Warcraft dreams, such as that time where she dreamed she was raiding in RL, with giant Playstation-like controllers attached to her arms and where she (along with friends) ran up and down our main street fighting some Level ?? house-boss.

Doesn't make any sense? Of course not! It's a dream about WoW! I've had more than my fair share of Salvador Dali-esque Battlegrounds-related dreams, specially after grinding endless hours. So, good morning! How was your dream? More to the point, how was your World of Warcraft dream?

Heh I remember those countless nights while grinding honor in bgs hours of hours and then dreaming only pvp and deaths and the spirit healer and having that trumpet sound from AV in my mind all the time.
Awesome sleeping days, I can tell ya.

lol yeah iv had a few espacialy after a long days AV grinding for my 2H axe -,- stil havent got it,
but i dreamt about drek comeing into my room then i just mortal striked him:P

I do dream of WoW.

It is even scarier when I dream of WoW while supposedly wide awake, such as trying to right-click on the milk jug to get a drink. Seriously.

I am always tempted to look at the map when Im outside, and often said gold when talked about real life money. lol wtb rl

I so often go to mount up or go travel form when i want to be somewhere else somewhat faster. I stop, and even cast my eye to where my mount is on my hud. Alas it is not there.

Also in reference to thinking about WOW in RL, I could be in the car with people who don't play and if I see a squirrel or something on the side of the road I might say "Level 1 Critter" out loud, then the ppl in the car will be like "Huh?" and I'll be like "Nothing"

I do this sort of stuff, too. I can't tell you how many times i've gone to select auto-follow while in heavy traffic.. i still wish this was possible.

I do dream wow dreams, though. Usually they aren't related to WoW content and are like real-life in subject, but they are in quest-form, and i'm running around performing mundane tasks for a person with an exclamation point on his head.

I don't get WoW/RL mixed up dreams, I just get very disappointing dreams...

I had one once where I logged on to find that my 3s team had reached a 2200 rating and my character was wearing S4 shoulders, and that the expansion had been released early.

I was so mad when I woke up >.

Ha, I had a similar dream. I dreamt my guild went to MH and BT and I won the entire t6 in one run.

My main and first toon to reach 60 (then 70) is a Paladin

I once dreamed about Paladins becoming OP...

...and now the dream is coming true :)

About a month ago, I was hitting battlegrounds really heavy (AV weekend). I finally went to sleep and when I woke up, the first thing I saw was my 1yr old son and though "Awww look, a gnome warlock!". I took a little break after that...

I had a dream i was soloing in a parking garage which had a boss at the top and i was looking for a party to group with for it. I saw alot of old high school classmates and eventually i did find a group!

Well,

I certainly have had pleanty of WoW dreams, usually involving me suddenly having epic gear, heaps of gold, or tediously killing assailants one after another with an axe.. :0

But it gets better, apparently a few nights ago my GF woke up in the middle of the night to me rambling on about transmutes and some other crap she cant remember, but she assures me it sounded like when I'm chatting to someone over vent LOL!!I think I need some Psycho therapy... Oh thats right, thats what my degree is in DOH!
