Yes, counting today, there are just five more chances for you to down Coren Direbrew during the Brewfest holiday, so if you haven't gotten lucky and gotten a mount yet, better keep trying. And if you haven't started collecting Don't know how to drop Coren or do a keg run? We've got you covered on both. Personally, I got everything I needed (picked up two epics from Coren and joined the BotM club) save for the mounts, but those are so rare (and finding a group as DPS is so tough on my server) that I'm probably not going to bother. Fortunately, I'm looking forward to that other popular holiday that is just around the corner...
How you doing on Brewfest? Finished early or just now realizing that the holiday ends on Saturday? Downed Coren every single day with no mount to show for it, or went in there once and are now riding around on a kodo?

I ended up missing half of Brewfest being out of town. XD
Now I'm trying to get as many tokens on my various characters so I can get them brew of the month club memberships in between tanking Direbrew for my guild.

I didn't do brewfest last year. Didn't really care to.
This year I decided to get everything I could for the brewmaster title. I got a group together and we went to down Coren.
1st kill of the group, 1st for me overall. The kodo dropped. I rolled need like everyone else. I won.
We've been back many times since and haven't seen any other mount. I almost feel dirty about winning it, but I'm happy. Now if only the melee trinket would drop again...

40 (minimum - some days I got lucky and got more opportunities) kills per day on my tank, 30 kills per day on my priest....
Seen the mount drop 1 time, and I rolled a 3. I'm sorely disappointed with this droprate.

I tried Coren so many times... no kodo, only the ram, and even then I won it. Ah well, guess better luck next time and I hope they will implement the mounts to be purchaseable via tokens.

I've killed this fool five to ten times every stinkin' day of brewfest thus far and seen three kodos and one ram. I dunno if my luck is obscenely bad or what... Only two remotes too. Ah well, five days left! =)

I have gotten the kodo, ram,trinkets and remote on my warlock. All my other toons have gotten the trinkets they wanted. Out of around 70 tries we've had 4 kodos two rams two remotes and two daggers. The drop rate on the mounts is pretty low so I have been lucky with rolls on those.

My whole guild about 14 ppl every day since day one have gone to Coren and still no Kodo.... we are fighting like mad for the kodo and we hope we get it... 14 ppl for about 20 days man...it sucks if you dont get it...
i also got brewfest of the month and hat.... but collecting 25 tokens everyday (specially the protecting one because ppl dont care in my server) would be hard for me to get the other 300 for the rest of the stuff :(

25 per day? 10 from Dark Iron attack, 15 from doing the Beer Shouting daily, I think you're missing the daily Ram Races. It doesn't show up as a daily, you have to talk through some "speech bubbles" to get it. If you're good, it'll get you another 30 tokens or more daily. If you've missed it up till now... ouch.

I've been running it at least 10-15 times a day and I have yet to see the kodo drop once- The ram however has dropped 3 times but it's the same one I got last year so I passed each time. :(
All my toons have nice new trinkets and the brew charms are kinda cool, but I want a kodo!

Casters, here's something to note: when the patch hits, the hops and the smoking pipe are going to be functionally identical thanks to the spell power consolidation. If you don't have two good trinkets, make sure not to let the "useless" one rot, since you can essentially get 82 badges worth of trinkets at no cost.

I heard things about the Headless Horseman dropping his Horse this year (there's an achievement tied to it, http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?achievement=980)
apparently it's a ground mount on Azeroth but a flying mount in outland

I said that I was willing to give 4 people each 1000g to run my lvl 65 until he got the Kodo.
Dropped on the 5th attempt. Paid out 4k. Never seen either mount drop again across the 3 characters I've been doing it on.

Same experience except the coin dropped the 5th time too. Can't complain, I did get the kodo on try #7, but out of like 30 tries so far no DPS trinket. :-( It dropped once but a brand new 70 in quest greens out-rolled me.

I've taken my Hunter main in every day, trying to get the physical DPS trinket. No dice.
I took my warrior in twice, just to tank for some friends... and got the Dire Brewmaiden trinket, the Coin, and the DPS trinket.

I've seen 1 Kodo drop in the 25 times we've taken down Coren. On one group of 5 the Lucky Coin dropped 4 times! How "Unlucky" is that?

Downed Coren 5 times a day most days, more than that on others. Saw the kodo drop once and the computer crashed before I had a chance to roll need >:( Then saw it drop once more and lost out to a guildmate. Had to put up with terrible, whining groups day in and day out, then my boyfriend goes and wins the roll for the ram (which is the only reason I'm going there) the VERY FIRST TIME HE KILLS HIM! &%$#&*! gah :(

Nods. I’ve had that luck. Been in two groups where people who were there for the first time won the roll over those who have been trying for longer. While I know everyone wants the mount, I rather the newcomer NOT win the roll. It’s as if Blizzard has some qualifier in there that looks to see who is new to the instance and if X is new then roll 100 over rest of the players. I’m over exaggerating of course, but it sometimes sure feels like it.
I think the worse part was when my fiancé “cried” to me that he had been going longer than I have as if he deserved it more. Sure he pugged into some runs I didn’t, but those runs he pugged into he did NOT have his “summons” up as he had used it already. At least I only run with people when I have my summons up.
Anyway, this is one frustrating boss since all he drops is one item at a time for 99% of that time.

If by 'today' you mean Tuesday September 30th, there are only 4 more chances. Brewfest is scheduled to end at 12am the morning of October 4th last I read...

So don't plan on the 4th as being a day you can continue collecting tokens and doing the boss quest. :(
