Around Azeroth: The promise of a new day

"Where are the Wrath screenshots," you ask? Probably still in line at Gamestop behind a hundred angry people with suddenly non-working credit cards. Anyway, this pic comes from Jerival of <Exigence> on Jubei'Thos. He was questing in Zangarmarsh a while back when he was struck by the beauty of the sky, and decided to take a moment and watch the sunset with his pet ravager. Hopefully this tranquil image will give you strength to make it to Northrend/update your addons/not throw the Gamestop credit card machine into the wall.

Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards.

The on the whole 7-11 selling early thing. I stopped by a 7-11 to "try" and get a copy early. The sales guy said "I am sold out and if I sell it early to you I get fined $5,000"

zangarmarsh is my favorite in-game area to date. if i could live in a giant, glowing mushroom, i probably would.

Perhaps I can find a small messure of comfort in knowing I am not the only one who went to stand in line with a credit card and was at the very least disheartened when I was told "Our Credit Card Machine Is Down"

That's one of the first things that struck me about WoW was how beautiful the sky is. In my early days I'd occasionally just sit staring up at the sky, sad I know but it sure is pretty.

Installing Wotlk as I speak. I've blagged an additional day off work and I'm raring to go.
