Around Azeroth: Into the mystic

Frequent submitter Ben has sent us this lovely screenshot of ... of ... I'm not exactly sure what this is of. It appears to be a picture of someone flying a drake down a laundry chute decorated with runes. The drake also seems to be suffering from an acute case of Lightning Wing and Green Flatulence. I'm not too far into the Wrath content though, having devoted a lot of my time lately to getting the Ambassador title, so maybe this is one of those things that everyone knows about but me.

That'll be under Icecrown citadel. Quite a dizzying trip, since he's flying straight down in that shot.

Damn, and here I was hoping he had discovered some sort of warp drive to get you from Booty Bay to Storm Peaks faster...

That is indeed the giant hole underneath Icecrown Citadel. The altar tailors need to make ebonweave is down there. Not sure if there is any other reason to go down other than that it looks pretty cool.
It's the only way down so you can either fly straight down or fall :p

There are a couple of quests down there actually. Quite a trippy little area down there; it's like a cartoon Underbog.
