Breaking News: Mystery of the melting ice solved!

Kisirani, "your friendly neighborhood World Designer" posted earlier tonight that they have a fix for the rather benign (or slightly annoying, depending on your take) bug that calls out "The Ice Stone has melted!" every once in a while.The fix will require the realms to be restarted, and according to Kisirani they will "be doing [the restarts] off-peak so we don't interrupt this evening's gameplay."
So right on, Kisirani.
Mystery of the melting ice solved.
Now... about those clams...

What mystery? It's probably just some typo in the code, confusing the emote for the ice block and whatever Peddlefeet is supposed to be doing.

Do you really need to know what caused the bug? Would it make you feel better if they told you it was a syntax error on line 553,678 of events.cpp? No, probably not.
Speculation has it though that it was related to Lord Ahune of the midsummer's event...so obviously if thats it and they are doing something new with it, they wouldn't want to let you in on what it was exactly in order to keep the surprise.

Yes I would like a little more information when someone claims to have "solved the mystery".
I find this quite interesting and am a little disappointed that all the info I got was "it's fixed".

You will be seeing this emote when you get to fight the Midsummer Festival season boss, Ahune the Ice Lord. That's the source of this emote.
