Around Azeroth: Beam me up

Salty Jecaa of <The Illuminati> on Lightbringer-EU sends us this picture from General Vezax's room in Ulduar, taken while his guild was preparing to fight Yogg-Saron. Why all the smashed stained glass? Perhaps Vezax, a hideous Zoidberg-like lobster creature, chose to destroy the beautiful artwork surrounding him so it wouldn't contrast so vividly with his own monstrous visage. Or maybe Jecaa was careless with his staff. It looks like it could do a number on anything breakable in the vicinity.

It's a shame that such a great column always receives so few comments. Excellent screenshot by the way. Never been in Ulduar and pictures like this make me wish I could.

The stained glass pictures in that room and in the hallway before it are really interesting, as they ... change as the party gets closer to Yogg-Saron, whose presence literally alters Ulduar in subtle ways, the closer you get to him. (I don't know if Yogg's chamber is even more dramatically twisted; my group is still on the general.)
