BlizzPlanet is giving away some BlizzCon tix

Our good friends at BlizzPlanet have obtained a ticket to the happiest place on Earth (BlizzCon, of course -- right next to some dump called Disneyland), and they're giving it away over on their site. There are a few hoops to jump through, but then again, how much do you want to go to BlizzCon? They will have you hunting around their archives for a few things, running over to the Mountain Dew website to earn some points and take a screenshot, and even checking out some comic books over at DC (their contest is probably part of the official fansite program, which would explain why you'll be visiting lots of Blizzard's licensing partners). Do all that stuff by June 9th, and be one of the lucky winners, and you'll pick yourself up one of three shiny tickets to Blizzard's big event in Anaheim. It looks like airfare and hotel might be on your own, but no worries -- you can eBay the goodie bag stuff and use that money to put yourself up in Anaheim for both nights. Everybody wins! Good luck -- if you end up being chosen as the winner, be sure to come say hi to us while you're there.

Blizzard lets fansites decide how to giveaway the Blizzcon tickets. They are very flexible. All they ask is that it is given via contests.
I decided to make this giveaway a lore egg hunt for each of the main Blizzard games, to promote the pocket books, the mangas and the comic books. And added the Mountain Dew Promotion because it. After all Blizzard has been very very supportive with fansites and the community. They are very kind to approve interviews with the book writers, and even with Frank Pearce (NY Midnight Launch) and Chris Metzen & Micky Neilson (NY Comic Con). I decided on my own to give back by making this giveaway promote their products.

I'm pretty sure it was ment in a joking way, as disneyland is referred to as the happiest place on earth. How bout you think first before making stupid comments?

Alan the stupid comment was degrading a wonderful place like Disneyland, jokingly or not. I was merely pointing out that with the site having the reputation it has they don'd need to stoop to the common general forum antics that you find on the World of Warcraft forums.
As for Ian, I dont necessarily think I would consider WoW as a great contribution to the youth that is destined to run the world. Disneyland on the other hand, and its parent company... just turn to the Disney channel sometime and see how much educational emphasis they put in their shows.
