New Patch 3.2 PTR build #10083 tonight

This will bring Patch 3.2 up to build #10083 for those of you keeping track.
Now, it's interesting that Wryxian notes that fansites often don't credit the EU folks appropriately. However I'd like to take a moment to reassure him that yes, when we can we do give the EU as much love and credit as possible.
You all are across the pond! You're like the big brother to all the chaps here in the States. Whenever we can, we give you guys transatlantic high fives and milk and cookies (or is it tea and crumpets?). Either way, dear Wryxian, this one is for you.

Wait Eu isn't getting rep on here? At least 60% of the pics and stories about intereting server things are from the EU servers and Players. I'll admit that honestly I was starting to feel that the U.S. servers were starting to get passed over a bit.. lol

Pff, nobody in their right mind mixes tea and crumpets.
Crumpets are for breakfast! Biscuits and teacakes are the proper accompaniment to tea--unless we're talking about cream teas, in which case pass the clotted cream.

AHHHH your forgetting tea and scones. usually served for high tea which is had around 6pm.... theres a bit of culture for you americans ;)

Huh? I thought it was always the other way around.. US forum goers whining about the EU getting all the love.

With Ensidia getting a lot of World Firsts, and now the Chinese Guild, I don't know how you could say EU or otherwise doesn't get coverage. WF's are WF's.

Where would the US be without EU to be honest? After all, it was colonists from Old England, and travelers from Spain who eventually colonized the "New World", which we now call the United States of America :P

Mounts
It seems that just like ground mounts, flying mounts also had their cast time reduced to 1.5 sec.
Professions
* All ranks of Enhance Blunt Weapon can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* All ranks of Sharpen Blade can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* Consecrated Weapon can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* Shadow Oil can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* Frost Oil can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* Sharpen Weapon - Critical can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* All ranks of Minor Wizard Oil can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
* All ranks of Minor Mana Oil can no longer be applied to items higher than level 165.
Engineering
* Flying Machine now requires Fel Iron Casing x 2, Elemental Blasting Powder x 20, Handful of Fel Iron Bolts x 20, Star Wood x 8
Leatherworking
* Jormscale Footpads now requires Jormungar Scale x 40
* Jormungar Leg Armor now requires Heavy Borean Leather x 3, Jormungar Scale x 12
Paladin (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Protection
* Shield of Righteousness wording has been changed from "causes Holy damage equal to 100% of your block value" to "causes Holy damage based on your block value"
Warrior (3.1 Skills List / 3.1 Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Protection
* Shield Block has been reverted to - Increases your chance to block and block value by 100% for 10 sec.
