WoW Moviewatch: Hallow's End Summed Up in 2 Minutes

Hallows End Summed Up in 2 Minutes, subtitled (Hot Bloodelf Chicks included!!!) is Wowcrendor's new offering regarding that infamous candy-based event. It's got the same critical-but-loving eye that Wowcrendor uses in his other informational WoW series.
Now that Wowcrendor has a few of these under his belt, I can't think of a better voice for this kind of saracastic, endearing narrative. It's something about the way he portrays the events with an equal mix of frustration and sheer joy. He manages to convey that he really loves the game, even if he's still aware of the absurdity of it all.
Even while Wowcrendor's reviewing Hallow's End, he manages to slip in an amusing meta-commentary. The video is subtitled Hot Bloodelf Chicks included!!! True to his word, the blood elves appear in the video, even if only for a few seconds. It's definitely a commentary on contemporary machinima elements in things like Belf Rap. It was worth a brief chuckle.

Indeed. If he did have those 2 minutes back, he probably would have spent them running around Org, looking at blood elf girls and realizing how miserable and insecure his life is. (and that guys are actually playing them)

Another quality effort from Wowcrendor. It would have been slightly more accurate if he'd mentioned something about getting the helm and the pet from the Horseman. At least I would have recognized the irony, given that in fifty attempts on the boss and trick or treating every hour, I've yet to see either.

Actually, I'd say you're lucky, not finding them at all. I'm in a far nastier situation: I have one character who has the pet but needs the helm, and another character who has the helm but needs the pet. But the thing is that both characters just keep getting the thing they already have, over and over again. I've got 4 Sinister Squashlings sitting in my pack, mocking my inability to trade them...

I feel for you - I gave up on Friday - I had two characters with everything accomplished but the pet and helm, and I just determined that there was no way the RNG was going to roll in my favor. Besides, "Pilgrim" has a very nice ring to it for a human warrior. Now if I could dress him like John Wayne...

Thoroughly enjoyed this video. I have the same kind of commentary running through my head...the whole time I'm in WoW. O.o
Well, not *exactly*. When my lowbie banker got the cloth Hallowed Helm from the Innkeeper in Exodar the THIRD time, most of the commentary was made up of four-letter words.
