Mar 12th 2010 12:08PM @blizzardprules, having your email as your screen name was an error in judgment on your part but not your last, letting everyone know that it's your email was your second. your third was hijacking a thread to post your question. and to answer your last question, wow.com has stated the reasons why there isn't an 'edit button' already many times before.

Mar 9th 2010 3:15PM you do realize that your gold isn't physically anywhere in the game right? it's not in your bags. it just shows up there unless you get an addon that puts that number somewhere else. splitting your money up means that it would first have to be somewhere, so blizzard would have to program in that place for it to be. then they'd have to program the place for you to put your other portion of it, as well as code vendors to recognize where your money is.
furthermore, keyloggers, or rather the people that make them do keep track of mouse movements. they know what buttons you're clicking on. if you think about what is actually taking place, you'd understand why your suggestion wouldn't work. thanks for bringing all this up though, because now maybe some other people who thought the same thing but didn't speak up will understand.

Mar 9th 2010 2:32PM i know, huh?! they should come up with some sort of device to where you have to physically get a number from it before you can actually access the account at all. it would be a way of authenticating that you are the person accessing your account. now they just need a clever name...

Mar 8th 2010 2:35PM this movie is awesome, just like all of his that i've seen. it is full of dry sarcasm and i'm not going to explain it to the idiots who don't get it. as someone who has tried almost every profession i agree with what you are actually saying.
and to anyone thinking of trying inscription, be prepared to be stuck with a bank full of glyphs that you made just to level that you cannot get rid of. i swear you cannot give the damn things away. and who the hell buys scrolls? seriously, worst profession ever. sure you get your cool shoulder enchant thingy and you can make runescrolls of fort and darkmoon cards, but the amount of garbage you have to make that you can't do anything with is just not worth it. should have made a second jewelcrafter...

Mar 4th 2010 5:15PM so, you read the article, but you still completely missed the point. adding more gold into the game makes the economy go to crap. it doesn't matter where the gold comes from, whether it be sold by blizz or given to you, if everyone has more then the prices of EVERYTHING goes up, so you don't really have more. get it now?

you might also want to look at gray matter (can't pull up link at work sorry) and the moonkin repository http://themoonkinrepository.com/ for advice on managing your rotation as well as general number guidelines such as your caps. if you feel really brave, hit up elitist jerks for the actual number crunching. lastly, i find that shifting perspectives on wow.com to provide a bit of useful information on a weekly basis.

Mar 2nd 2010 2:35PM what kind of processors you running there? how much ram you got? on a quad-core with a few gigs of ram and an extra gig on the graphics card itself i have no lag at all anywhere with all graphics settings turned all the way up.
have you ever considered that maybe it's your computer and not the servers causing the lag that you experience and others don't?

Mar 1st 2010 4:59PM wow, i really can't believe you people. the weapon has stats equal to better than anything you could possibly get and you will never have to trade it in until you hit northrend. you already have an 80 and already know where to get the training for this weapon, and you know exactly how to get there. elves don't use maces unless a human shows them how. that's part of this lore you're talking about. someday you're gonna have to venture out to IF anyway, so might as well get the flight paths now. not like you can't hearth back after the trip.
a journey to IF from dolonaar (no mailbox in the starter area), which has been made incredibly easy, for the benefits you're wanting is not tedium, it's called a sliver of effort. and not wanting to put forth that effort because you feel the game should be easier makes you _lazy_.
