Road Trips Volume 1 Number 1 is a live album by the Grateful Dead. It contains highlights from their fall 1979 tour of the East Coast. It was released on November 5, 2007.[5][6]

Sound Quality

The tapes are either sped up or slowed down. This could be because the tape is old. However, many tapes from 1979-1980 have problems with the pitch and the speed, while older tapes don't. Other examples of this problem: Road Trips Volume 3 Number 4 and the 10/27/79 show in 30 Trips Around The Sun.[citation needed]
