It seems it is a bait and switch deal.
It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

Google Forms is free for individual use, including 15GB of storage per user. The product also comes as part of the comprehensive Google Workspace package, which is priced as follows: Business Starter: $6 per user per month.
Go to docs.google.com/forms, then either choose a template or start a blank form. There's also a link to Google Forms in Docs, Sheets, and Slides: click File > New > Form to start a new blank form.
Google Forms is a free, web-based form software that's part of the Google suite of products, which also includes applications such as Google Docs and Google Slides.
To see the forms you have sent in Google Forms after you have submitted the form, click on the link to Edit your response. This lets you go back to your responses and view or edit them.
If you're using a template, you can skip to Update questions. Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.
