Shuttle Information

Check-in begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruises. The first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am. The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi. The shuttle is COMPLEMENTARY and transports 4 passengers MAX per reservation. IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 4 PEOPLE, YOU MUST DROP THEM AT THE PORT. WE DO NOT REFUND UBER, LYFT, OR TAXI
