Need help using Streaming Soundbar

I received this promotional free sound bar second-hand and I am struggling to get any information about set-up, capabilities, was there a remote-control (?) and number of speakers etc. I haven't received knowledgable help from live chat- they asked if I had 'googled' it or if I had reached out to Bang and Oulfsen and yes I did both without any success or answers. I don't have the box with the instruction and specs. The model I have is the ASK-STI16251. Is that the one for sale on your website?

Sound is great. Doesn't have 4k hdmi passthrough

So yeah, if you wanna use this as passthrough for say...bluray or something, don't bother. Only 1080p for hdmi

The whole process of getting mine from the promotion has been a nightmare. Not only didn't I receive the email I was supposed to get to claim it, but after countless times contacting support, they managed to place the order back in Dec for me to get it, but till this day he still hasn't shipped and says delayed. Hard to believe this item is out of stock or something when it is still available for purchase online.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like it, I got it for free with the home wifi deal. My only issue is that you can't manually adjust the sound settings like increasing the bass or mid range. Also, is there a subwoofer available to buy??

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

No complaints. Absolutely lovely. Major upgrade from the little Stream TV device. I really enjoyed the unboxing, too. I get the hang of the devices and how they work, it's pretty amazing really. You get so many channels with Stream TV and it's optional to add other apps. Pluto is awesome. You could be entertained forever lol.

Bluetooth isn’t consistent

I had this soundbar sitting in the box for a few months before i decided to connect it to my T.V. This soundbar Bluetooth connection drops more than bad habits and it doesn’t work on other input channels. For $400 i am super disappointed.

There is nothing good about this soundbar. It constantly has issues connecting to my internet and freezes up all the time. Oh and I have Verizon 5G Home so it can’t be that :) My Apple TV has no issues. Sound is far from great and it is very slow navigating through the menu.

The sound adjust it self no bass, the sound go up and down. Because your Verizon people take your word with electronic equipment and this the whole thing I have to use as my judgement. This is my fault I should of research it more. This is good way to make money congratulations.

I switched back to xfinity. Any chance this will still work? I plug the xfinity box until the soundbar and it just says "connecting to xfinity x1"

If your remote is lost or broken you can use your smartphone as a remote control with the Stream TV app. Visit Stream TV - Set Up Remote Control App to learn how. Does it work with Bluetooth laptops? I've tried with three different laptop brands ( Asus, HP, Lenovo) It appears connected but does not play sound from the Soundbar,instead, from laptop speakers manual only shows how to connect to Phones What means PAN

BLUETOOTH issue with Laptop I paired my Asus laptop (Win11), appears as connected but no sound from the SoundBar. I've checked the manual and only speaks about how to connect to a Phone ( without a problem ) or Headphones. Bluetooth Thanks

How does Verizon sound bar attach to wall, tv, or is there a stand for it ?

If you are using a flat or tilt bracket, you'll be fine with mounting the sound bar on the wall directly below the TV. However, if you are using an articulating arm, you'll instead want to attach the sound bar to the arm itself, so that the sound follows the angle in which you position the TV.
