Our Teen Program

From adventure therapy to educational needs, our residential program is designed to meet your teenage son right where he is. Our credentialed therapy team is trained to demonstrate patience and work with your son to get to the underlying issues contributing to their behaviors. Our program staff provide supervised accountability 24/7 to our residents, assisting them with exercise hygiene, canine care, adventure day preparedness, and more.

“My teenage son is strong-willed. Nothing has worked. How will this be any different?”

We are used to a natural resistance to therapy and programs alike. This resistance could be due to past unpleasant therapeutic experiences, the stigma around therapy and/or residential care, homesickness, anger at parents, or even the frustration of a new environment. We try to take all of these things into account when working with your son. This is best accomplished with the parents’ collaboration with the family’s therapist and support and encouragement of our program.

Capstone is one of the top rated residential treatment centers for teens in the nation, focused on helping young men ages 14-26 who struggle with self-destructive behaviors and attitudes.
