Nestled in Ashtabula County, Ohio, Pymatuning State Park covers 3512 acres. The state park invites nature lovers to enjoy a tranquil lakeside vacation experience. In addition to being the location of some of the most impressive lakes in the country, the park also offers excellent swimming, boating, and camping opportunities.

Situated in Guernsey County, Salt Fork State Park is Ohio's largest state park, encompassing 17,229 acres of land and 2,952 acres of water. The park features a swimming beach, two marinas, an 18-hole golf course and boat launching ramps. Salt Fork offers recreational activities to suit every taste such as fishing, hunting, picnicking, snowmobiling, hiking, swimming, equestrian and miniature golf.

Located in the heart of Amish Country, Mohican State Park encompasses 1,110-acres and offers numerous opportunities for visitors to enjoy one of the most unique natural settings in Ohio. The striking hemlock forest, Clear Fork Gorge and Mohican River provide a wilderness experience while the cabins and the resort's lodge offer a variety of accommodation. The park features recreational opportunities including hiking, boating, camping, mountain biking, picnicking and fishing. There are 13 miles of hiking trails in the park and another 32 miles of hiking trails in the adjoining state forest.

Nestled in the heart of agricultural Ohio, this 2,337-acre park offers a modern lodge, campground, cottages, golf course, boating, hiking trails and a beach for nature enthusiasts. Seven miles of hiking trails in the park take you through scattered woodlands and a fitness trail provides an opportunity for exercise in a natural setting.

Situated on the north-eastern shoreline of Lake Erie, this 698-acre state park showcases the charisma and character of Lake Erie. Geneva State Park offers the visitor freshwater marshland, beautiful mature woods and a natural beach. Swimmers enjoy the gorgeous sand beach while outdoor enthusiasts immerse themselves in the freshwater wetlands associated with the lake. The park is home to three miles of multi-use trails used by hikers, hunters and cross-country skiers.

Located in Newbury, Ohio, this 741-acre state park contains a beautiful 150-acre lake, family cottages, a resort manor house, a scenic campground and a golf course. The park offers facilities for hiking, swimming, fishing, golf, and camping. Punderson is also known for its winter adventure sports such as snowmobiling, sledding, and cross-country skiing. 14 miles of trails take the visitors to some of the most scenic areas of the park.

Located in the Preble and Butler counties of Ohio, Hueston Woods State Park encompasses nearly 3,000 acres which include a 625-acre man-made lake. Whether hiking through the 200-acre forest, unwinding in the resort lodge or boating on Acton Lake, you will be able to enjoy the best of recreational facilities in this scenic park. The park offers 12 miles of trails, a 27-hole golf course, and 255 family campsites.

This State Park is one of the most naturally diverse parks in the state, with beautiful wetlands, lush marshes, and scenic meadows. Encompassing 1,336-acres, the park also offers cottages and resort lodges for visitors and gateway rentals and camping are other options. The state park contains numerous trails for adventure activities including designated trails for mountain biking, backpacking, all-terrain vehicles, and snowmobiles.
