Welcome to the Pikes Peak Library District slaw collection guide on how to find Colorado Court forms the intent of this guide is to provide legal information it does not constitute legal advice if you are looking for Colorado Court forms you will want to visit the self-help forms section of the Colorado judicial branch website there you will find forms that can be filed in any Colorado Court usually these forms start with the prefix IDF followed by a number JD f stands for judicial district form you will find a few other forms on this website that begin with CRC CP which come from the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and there are a few others that are just titled form which also come from the Colorado Court rules to begin start with Google or another search engine and look for Colorado judicial branch you'll see it in the list there and then once you are on the website look for self-help forms in that top banner and click on that when you get on to this page you will see lots of different categories you'll want to scroll through the list to find a category that matches your area we'll talk about what to do later if you don't see a category each category will be laid out a little differently but click on the plus signs to open the sections some sections will have the forms themselves other sections will provide instructions of how to pursue a particular action let's look at a second example here you'll see this one's laid out a little differently, but it operates the same so just click the plus signs for the areas that you're interested in, and they will open up if you don't see a category that matches yours click on all court forms then you will get even more categories so look through there see if anything matches is not go to the left here you can search by IDF number if you know the number you can either scroll through that list or use the search bar at the top to type in the form number that you need there you can click on the links to Oh not the form itself if you just know the title then you can go into by alphabetical you can scroll again through these lists or use the letters at the top to jump to a particular area so here we're going to jump down to M and see all the forms that start with the letter M another option is you can try hitting the control key in the letter F at the same time on your keyboard this will then open up a little search box at the top of your page where you can search for a specific term on this website so here I'm going to search for all the forms that have motion somewhere in the title on, so this can be another way to find forms if you don't find them in the alphabetical listing forms are sometimes available as PDF usually a PDF will just open up in a new tab in your browser there also some available as Word documents so here if you click on word the download will appear at the bottom of your screen then double-click on it, and it'll open in your word processing program thank you for watching we hope this has...
