Customer Service Representative

Sales Consultant

Vital to the operations of the company, AT&T Sales Consultants recommend products to customers and help address customer needs in a call center environment. The Sales Consultant must be able to meet sales quotas in a fast paced job, but are provided with ongoing training to perform their job well.

Customer Assistant

As the first point of contact in helping customers install their equipment, Customer Assistants walk individuals through registration, email creation, signal testing, and set-up of their DSL connection. If necessary, they also help with troubleshooting and resolve any issues that customers may have.
