Must qualify and maintain driving record to drive company vehicles based on IEHP insurance standards of no more than three (3) points.Be a proactive team player who is also able to work independently in assigned communities, and build rapport with diverse Members, providers, and local partner agencies.Knowledge of Medi-Cal/managed care environment required. Understanding of and sensitivity to multi-cultural communitiesProven ability to:Demonstrate mature judgment and initiativeMaintain Member confidentialityHave a high degree of patiencePay Range: USD $27.43 - USD $35.66 /Hr.
