Television Haul Away and Recycling
We will haul away a television from your home for $59.99 when a qualifying replacement product is both delivered and installed by Geek Squad®. Then we will make sure it is properly and safely recycled.

Note: Select the Haul-Away option in checkout to ensure a more convenient delivery/installation and haul-away experience.

• When purchasing a TV 50" class or smaller, if you choose both Delivery and Installation during checkout, you will be asked if you want Haul-Away service.
• If you order any TV with store pickup, or if you purchase a TV 51" class or smaller without Installation service, you will need to call us at 1-800-433-5778 and order stand-alone Haul-Away service for $99. CRT/rear-projection TVs may require extra fees.

• You must unmount and disconnect your TV prior to our delivery team's arrival.
• The units are responsibly recycled by our licensed, third-party recycling partners.
• The recyclers ensure that the various commodities are sent to end markets to be recycled and repurposed into new products. For more information, see BestBuy.com/Recycling.

Free Delivery on TVs 51" or Larger

Best Buy will provide Standard Local Delivery of your TV. Charges apply for delivery outside local delivery area.

Delivery Details:

• TV will be delivered into the room of your choice. TV will not be removed from the shipping box.
• Delivery and installation may require two appointments.

Prepare for Delivery:

• Before the delivery team arrives, please clear a pathway to the room where you want the item delivered. The pathway should be clear of all obstacles and have at least a ½ inch clearance on all sides.
• Be sure an adult 18 or older is home to sign for delivery. (Must be 19 or older in AL and NE.)

If your order includes other items that do not require scheduled delivery, they will be shipped separately. Note: Special order deliveries will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage.
