Clear guidelines for improving mental performance.

I really like this book. I've read several books on improving personal performance and this book was the clearest in creating a program for someone to follow to improve their mental execution and achievement. It's one of the few books I've kept, instead of selling

MENTAL MAPS FOR EVERYONE

Tony Buzan is the inventor of mind maps, surely a master to follow, I recommend reading them. Mind maps are powerful, I recommend using them.

Highly recommended!

Really a must for those who intend to learn what mind maps are and above all to start using them. I discovered the mental maps through this book and I started to make them on the pc through imindmap 7 published by the same author. I am really happy to have discovered such a natural, effective and mnemonic method for all uses, study, work and any project or goal.

Taken as a gift to my boyfriend but I gave us a peek.
Done very well, it explains in detail the stages of fear, how certain situations happen and how to react, etc. etc.
I will also give him the other 2 books in the same series because he liked it so much.
