When will my order ship?

We know you are excited about receiving your items and will work to get them out to you as quickly as possible.  Our normal order processing time is 3-5 business days.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we are happy to work with you on a custom order request.  Send us a message with details on what you are looking for and we will get back with you to start the process.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!  We will gladly accept returns and exchanges should the need arise.  Please contact me at jkcedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
