If you take part in a thesis or project, please identify the thesis or project (and a summary of it) that you worked on and submit that complete record. The official transcript you request is for a high school graduate who is currently pursuing a four-year degree at a college or university approved institution in the following categories: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree Masters program or Doctoral program 7. Requesting a Transcript for an Ex-Student: If you are a former student or have completed your undergraduate education at another institution (such as a technical institute which has transferred your college credits to their system and has assigned you a new college credit/Degree Code), please contact us to discuss the process of requesting and/or creating a new transcript. Please note that this service is not available for a limited time for those students who graduate from the program in the interim period between July 1, 2003, and June 30, 2004. We will provide you an official transcript when appropriate for graduates from the fall semester only — fall 1999 or fall 2000 for an undergraduate, and winter semester only — winter 1999 or winter 2000 for a graduate program. In these instances, we will ask you to contact the university(s) from which you wish to pursue your higher education for information regarding creating and maintaining the new transcript.
