Responsibilities as a Trimmer include but are not limited to the following- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product Maintain a clean and organized work environment Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Sorting and manicuring boutique quality flower. Keeping a clean workstation free of contamination and assisting in the clean-up of said workstations at the end of their shifts. Knowing and following OCP rules and standards as directed by your manager. Meet consistent production rates Following strict SOPs Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, workflows and safety matters. Packaging, labeling and proper storage of biomass.
