Trimming also involves repetitive motion, mainly using your hands, and will need to be maintained throughout the day. Trimming is not for everyone, but if it is something you think yo might be good our crew is happy to teach you and accept you as part of the team! This is an entry level position with room for growth, no experience is needed and training will be provided. Some of the best employees at ECC from cultivators to managers started as trimmers. In our Eliot facility, we cultivate top quality cannabis. Responsibilities as a Trimmer include but are not limited to the following- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product Maintain a clean and organized work environment Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Sorting and manicuring boutique quality flower. Keeping a clean workstation free of contamination and assisting in the clean-up of said workstations at the end of their shifts.
