The new constitution was seen as a vital step to avoid a repetition of the violent outbursts after the 2007 general elections.
"Nation.Africa" appears to be no more than a branding exercise. Nation is the name that is used throughout the website. But it's been Daily Nation for over sixty years, so we don't know whether the new name has yet stuck. Incidentally, as a friendly piece of advice, best not to try to explain how Wikipedia works to a very experienced editor.
