Jim Donovan (sportscaster) James Francis Donovan III (born July 17, 1956) is an American radio and television personality who formerly served as sports director and news anchor for WKYC channel 3 (NBC) in Cleveland, Ohio, and was the radio voice of the Cleveland Browns Radio Network from 1999-2023.
