Allen ISD. Allen High School. Allen Independent School District is a public school district based in Allen, Texas (USA). Allen ISD covers most of the city of Allen, as well as portions of the cities of McKinney, Plano, and Parker. The district has a total enrollment of 21,634 [4] students, with an expected growth rate of 1–2% per year.
The first Allen High School, built in 1910 at the corner of Belmont and Cedar, was a two-story brick building housing six classrooms and an auditorium, and saw the first graduating class of eight students in 1914. The second Allen High School was established in 1959 on land donated by Mr. Harris Brown on the corner of Jupiter and Main Streets. [5]
The program began in 1936, and over the past 25 years has been one of the top high school football programs in Texas, with five state championships since 2008, ten final fours since 2003, 25 consecutive playoff berths (1999-2023) with a won-loss record of 290–48 (.858) over that time, and 16 consecutive district titles (2006-2021). Oakville High School was built on the top of a hill. After sinkholes in the school's back lot were fixed, a football field was built on campus. The stadium would later be named "Roger E. Estes Field" after the Athletics Director. [3] The school's colors are black and gold and the school mascot is the Tiger.

Allen hosts a campus of Collin College, which is located inside Allen High School and mainly serves dual-credit high school students. A separate Collin College Technical Campus, opened in 2020, is located in west Allen. The 340,000 square-foot facility serves more than 7,000 students when fully occupied and is dedicated to workforce education.

Eagle Stadium is a football stadium in Allen, Texas. It is owned and operated by the Allen Independent School District and is home of the Allen High School Eagles.
The school serves most of the cities of Lucas and Fairview, as well as a small portion of Allen. Students from outside the district may transfer to Lovejoy High School for a tuition fee. [2] Until the Fall of 2006, all high school students zoned in Lovejoy ISD attended nearby Allen High School. Lovejoy graduated its first senior class in 2010.
