FPT, officially the FPT Corporation (Vietnamese: Công ty Cổ phần FPT, lit. 'FPT Joint Stock Company'; "FPT" stands for F inancing and P romoting T echnology ), is the largest information technology service company in Vietnam with its core business focusing on consulting, providing technology and telecommunications services.
1976: The school was named Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology according to Decision No. 426/TTg dated October 27, 1976, with 5 faculties: Construction, Electricity-Electronics, Irrigation, Mechanics and Chemistry.
