History [ edit] Fairfield Christian Academy was founded in 1998 as a ministry of Fairfield Christian Church in Lancaster, Ohio, a historical community 25 miles southeast of Columbus in Fairfield County. The school opened its doors to approximately 200 students and 20 faculty.
Scottsdale Christian Academy was founded by Scottsdale Bible Church in 1968, with an enrollment of only 47 students in first through fourth grade. In 1972, SCA became independent of Scottsdale Bible Church and became a non-profit organization. In 1973, the high school was added, and enrollment increased to 275 students.
