This is intended to be a complete list of the properties and districts on the National Register of Historic Places in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Downtown Cincinnati is defined as being all of the city south of Central Parkway, west of Interstates 71 and 471, and east of Interstate 75.
Downtown Cincinnati is one of the 52 neighborhoods of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the central business district of the city, as well the economic and symbiotic center of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. Originally the densely populated core of the city, the neighborhood was transformed into a commercial zone in the mid-20th century.
The properties are distributed across all parts of Cincinnati. In the early 2000s, the square was completely renovated and re-designed by 3cdc and BHDP Architecture (consulted by Cooper, Robertson & Partners and OLIN ) to attract more visitors to the city, and to serve as a cultural/recreational hub for the city.

West Fourth Street Historic District is a registered historic district in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 13, 1976. It contained 32 contributing buildings when it was listed, [1] but an additional building, 309 Vine Street, was added in a 2015 boundary increase. [2]
