Try another web browser - If you can access your account in another browser, the problem isn't with your account; you'll need to fix the issue in your preferred browser. Add, replace or remove AOL account recovery info. From most AOL mobile apps: Tap the Menu icon. Tap Manage Accounts. Tap Account info. Tap Security settings. Enter your security code. Tap Change password. Enter a new password. If these steps don't work in your app, change your password using your mobile browser.
