The Harry N. Burhans House is a historic Greek Revival house in the Salt Springs area of Syracuse, New York. With a wide lawn, it commands the intersection of old roads Salt Springs Road and East Genesee Street, the latter being one of the main roads of the area. Built in 1837 on a 100-acre (0.40 km 2) plot, it was the first house in the area.

The East Genesee Historic Business District covers two blocks of Genesee Avenue. It originally had 23 structures; many have subsequently been demolished. The buildings dated primarily from the 1880s, 1890s and early 1900s. The buildings are Victorian in character, with elements of Italianate, Queen Anne, and Romanesque Revival architecture.
