Steve Sarkisian. Stephen Sarkisian (born March 8, 1974) [2] is an American football coach and former player who is the head football coach at the University of Texas at Austin. He previously served as the head football coach at the University of Washington from 2009 to 2013 and the University of Southern California (USC) from 2014 to 2015.
