Steve Soboroff (born August 31, 1948) is a Los Angeles based businessman, philanthropist, and civic leader who served as a Los Angeles Police Commissioner from 8/30/13-8/30/23. He spearheaded the use of body cams for the LAPD. Soboroff served as President of the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Commission between 1995 and 2000.
