The Lowe's Global Technology Center (also known as the Design Center Tower) is a 23-story office building in South End Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed in 2021, the tower stands at a height of 357 feet (108.81 Meters) [1] making it the tallest building in South End and outside of Uptown Charlotte, slightly taller than The Arlington at 310 feet.
