The Hotel Beale – built in 1900 and located at 325 E Andy Devine Ave. (formerly Front Street). In 1906 the Beale Hotel was purchased by Tom Devine, father of actor Andy Devine. Clark Gable and Carol Lombard spent the night there. It was once the premier hotel in Kingman.

The Mineral Park mine is a large open pit copper mine located in the Cerbat Mountains 14 miles northwest of Kingman, Arizona, in the southwestern United States. A 2013 report said that Mineral Park has an estimated reserves of 389 million tonnes of ore grading 0.14% copper and 31 million oz of silver.

The house has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978. [1] Its historic status was reviewed as part of a 1985 study of 63 historic resources in Kingman that led to many others being listed.
