Cluj-Napoca ( Romanian: [ˈkluʒ naˈpoka] ⓘ ), or simply Cluj ( Hungarian: Kolozsvár [ˈkoloʒvaːr] ⓘ, German: Klausenburg ), is the second-most populous city in Romania [5] and the seat of Cluj County in the northwestern part of the country.
