The Felix M. Warburg House is a mansion at 1109 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. It was built from 1907 to 1908 for the German-American Jewish financier Felix M. Warburg, in the Châteauesque style, and designed by C. P. H. Gilbert. After Warburg's death in 1937, his widow sold it to a real estate developer.

Stephen Francis Lynch (born March 31, 1955) is an American businessman, attorney and politician who has served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Massachusetts since 2001. A Democrat , he represents Massachusetts's 8th congressional district , which includes the southern fourth of Boston and many of its southern suburbs.
Biography. Lynch was General Manager of the Sydney Theatre Company 1989–94. He was then General Manager of the Australia Council, the Federal Government's arts funding and advisory body, 1994–98. In 1998 he became director of the Sydney Opera House, and from 2002 to 2009 he was chief executive of the South Bank Centre in London.
