Email filters and our spam filter can send incoming email to folders other than your Inbox. Filters - Review your settings to see if filters are sending emails to another folder. If you find any unexpected filters, check to see if your account may have been compromised.

Just use your AOL username and password to sign in to your account. Once you sign in, all your familiar settings will be there waiting for you. For security purposes, log out of your account when you're finished (especially if you're using a shared or public computer).
Open the Spam folder. Select the email. Click Restore to Inbox or Not Spam; Click Ok on the top toolbar to move the message into your inbox. Future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
