Uniwide Sales, Inc. Uniwide Sales, Inc. was a retail operator in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was incorporated in January 1975 by Chinese Filipino entrepreneur Jimmy Gow to operate Uniwide commercial shopping centers such as the lease of commercial spaces within the compound of their malls and department stores. Uniwide had about 2,000 employees.
Several multinational companies have also made their presence here, which include SM Prime Holdings, Puregold Price Club Inc., Wilcon Builders, Megaworld Constructions and several more. Taytay's local income surged to Php 770 million during the first quarter in 2016, making it the second richest municipality in the province after Cainta.

Alabang Public Market. Festival Alabang is a large shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Development Corporation located at Filinvest City in Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa. The mall opened in the middle of May 1998, and it became Filinvest's flagship project, setting the standard for shopping centers in the south of Metro Manila.
It was named after Dr. Belo, an engineering alumnus of UST Manila, who founded the Wilcon Depot Inc. The building was designed by JSLA Architects, an architecture firm founded by university alumnus Jose Siao Ling.
