Mount Shasta ( / ˈʃæstə / SHASS-tə; Shasta: Waka-nunee-Tuki-wuki; [5] Karuk: Úytaahkoo) [6] is a potentially active [7] volcano at the southern end of the Cascade Range in Siskiyou County, California.
