Demolished in 1954. Originally built for Nathaniel Jones, Demolished in 1955 for an apartment building. Demolished in 1969. Built for Franklin MacVeigh, it was one of only two structures designed by HH Rochardson in Chicago. Was demolished in 1922. Built for Dr John Alexander McGill, today are 34 condominiuns.
Added to NRHP. August 4, 1983. The Duluth South Breakwater Inner Light is a lighthouse on the south breakwater of the Duluth Ship Canal in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. [2] [3] [4] It forms a range with the Duluth South Breakwater Outer Light to guide ships into the canal from Lake Superior. The current structure was built from 1900 to 1901.
The Depot is located at 506 West Michigan Avenue right off of I-35, which runs immediately southeast of the Depot. The historic building houses several contemporary and historic artworks and artifacts, as well as an experimental theater, and also hosts public events in its Great Hall. The 1977 addition, houses a large theater and a ballet studio.
Lakeside – Lester Park was originally developed as a residential area in the early 20th century. The neighborhood grew with Duluth's expansion, with many homes dating back to the period of initial development. Until 2016 Lakeside was a "dry neighborhood". No alcohol was sold in store or available for purchase and restaurants.
