Medford is a city in and the county seat of Jackson County, Oregon, in the United States. [3] As of the 2020 United States Census on April 1, 2020, the city had a total population of 85,824, making it the eighth-most populous city in Oregon, and a metropolitan area population of 223,259, [4] making the Medford MSA the fourth largest metro area in Oregon.

The Frank Chamberlain Clark House in Medford, Oregon was designed by architect Frank Chamberlain Clark (1872–1957) in Colonial Revival style and was built in 1930. It was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1] Clark designed the house at the height of his prolific career.
Champion golfer and noted golf course architect Chandler Egan (1884–1936) designed this house in the Arts and Crafts style when he settled in Oregon. Built in 1911 during Medford's "Orchard Boom", it served both as family residence and headquarters for the surrounding Egan orchard venture.
