At 175.87 m (577.0 ft), it surpassed One Tampa City Center as the tallest building in Tampa, until completion of 100 North Tampa in 1992.

The Story of Tampa, a public painting by Lynn Ash, is a 4 ft × 8 ft (1.2 m × 2.4 m) oil on masonite mural that weaves together many of the notable aspects of Tampa's unique character and identity.
