Given this is the main way for nearly ALL content in the iTunes Store (whether music/video or app's, etc.) to get there, it's omission from WP is really bad. I'd do it myself if I knew more about it, but what it really needs is someone who preferably has used it to upload media and/or app's, and therefore can write about it pretty fluently.
