Cine Capri, Coronado High School, Phoenix College. Ralph Haver (1915–1987) was an American architect working in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona from 1945 until the early 1980s. Haver designed the Mid-Century Modern Haver Homes, affordable tract housing executed in a contemporary modern style.
Meritage Homes was founded in 1985 as Monterey Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona, by Steve Hilton and William "Bill" Cleverly. In 1997, the company changed its name to Meritage Homes Corp, and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol MTH.
